About Spanish for Small Business
Spanish for small business is a hybrid between an online teaching school and one on one lessons designed to educate entrepreneurs and small business owners and their teams in the Spanish language and Hispanic culture. Whether you are new to the language or feel a little rusty, taking these tailored for your business Spanish lessons will improve your conversation skills and increase your confidence to connect with your Spanish speaking customers.
Lessons are taught in Spanish and English until you are confident to hear and speak in only Spanish. Kaywanda Lamb is the Chief Educator and will guide you on your journey to better communication, connections, and confidence in Spanish.

We offer Business Spanish language lessons for business professionals but also offer our clients optional tutorial time to practice what they are learning. So yes, for our private one on one clients, you also have access to office hours to ask questions.
Our Founder
Kaywanda Lamb is the CEO & Founder of Spanish for Small Business. Her passion for Spanish started in the 6th-grade Spanish class. She never forgot how fun it was to speak a foreign language. When she entered high school, she studied French and Latin. She went on to study Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe where she worked on a minor in Spanish. After graduating with her business degree, she returned to her alma mater to get a full degree in Spanish. While working for Chase Home Finance, she felt the urge to become bilingual intending to remain in the mortgage industry. But, fate would have it that she fell in love with Spanish and decided to become a teacher. She later obtained her Masters in Spanish Literature from Texas A&M Commerce. Kaywanda brings 6 years in corporate America, 14 years of education, and 7 years of entrepreneurship to the Spanish for Small Business. She understands how business works and how Spanish works. Combining this knowledge, she tailors customized lessons to her clients’ needs.
From her own life experiences, Kaywanda recognized the need for businesses across the U.S. to become conversational to meet the needs of their customers. For the past 5 years, Kaywanda has taught entrepreneurs and small business owners conversational Spanish using her AIM (Adaptive Instruction Model) Method. She’s learned to teach her adult clients what they need to interface with their clients and to do so with confidence and ease.
